These order notifications cannot be disabled, as they are essential to the correct processing of your order. Please ensure they can reach your inbox and retain them for the duration of the transaction. Should you not receive any expected emails, you are required to notify us without delay.

All listed prices include VAT at 24%. PCX.GR reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. Prices for orders that have already been placed remain fixed until delivery.

PCX.GR accepts payment by card (Visa, Mastercard), cash on delivery and bank transfer. In the event of a cancellation of an order that has already been paid, a refund will be issued within 14 working days using the same payment method.

In accordance with applicable distance selling legislation, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

The company reserves the right to cancel any order at any time it deems necessary. In such cases you will be notified promptly and any amount paid will be refunded in full.

When carrying out repair or technical support work, the company accepts no responsibility for any loss of files or data that may occur. We strongly recommend creating a backup of all data before any work is carried out.

The repair warranty applies exclusively to the work performed and the parts installed, for the period agreed upon at the time of collection.

PCX.GR reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Athens courts and governed by Greek law.
